How telehealth weight care works

What telehealth weight care is, how sign-up and provider review work, and how your medication and ongoing support reach you at home.

Care without the office visit

Telehealth means your care happens at a distance. Instead of sitting in a waiting room, you complete a medical intake online or by phone, and a licensed provider evaluates your full health history. If treatment is right for you, your medication is shipped to your door.

Step 1: Sign up your way

You can start online, call us, send a text, or message us on WhatsApp. Our team can take you through every step. Your medical intake goes to our medical partner's secure, HIPAA-compliant system — not to this website.

Step 2: A licensed provider evaluates your full health history

Care is provided by an independent medical group whose providers are licensed in New York and New Jersey. Your provider looks at your full health history and decides whether treatment is right for you, and which medication fits. They may follow up with questions, and you're prescribed only if treatment is right for you.

You're only charged if your prescription is approved.

Step 3: Delivered to your door

If approved, a licensed pharmacy ships your medication to your door, cold-packed, with the syringes and instructions you need. Shipping is included in your price.

Step 4: Ongoing support

Our team checks in with you by WhatsApp, text or phone, whichever you prefer. As you go, your provider can adjust your dose. Your price stays the same at every dose.

What telehealth can't do

Your provider can't do a physical exam, so honest and complete answers matter. Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Your privacy

Your health information is handled by our medical partner under its HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. We never ask for your card number by WhatsApp, text or email.
