These Terms of Use apply to the Slimbee website and service, operated by Slimbee LLC ("Slimbee", "we", "us"). By using our website or signing up, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Slimbee does not provide medical care or medical advice. Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers with our partner medical group.

Providers use their own professional judgment. They may decide that treatment is not right for you and decline to prescribe.

To use the service, you must:

• Be 18 or older.
• Be located in New York or New Jersey at the time of each visit.
• Give accurate and complete health information, and keep it up to date.

Our service is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

• Medication is prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy.
• Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients by state-licensed pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. See our Compounded Medication Consent.
• Medication is dispensed only with a valid prescription from a licensed provider.

• Prices are shown on our Pricing page.
• Your price is the same at every dose.
• Monthly plans renew automatically every month. 3-month plans renew automatically every 3 months. Plans keep renewing until you cancel. See our Auto-Renewal & Billing Terms.
• You are charged only after a provider approves your prescription.

You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date — contact us by phone or text at (718) 218-5625, on WhatsApp, or through our contact form. Cancelling stops future orders.

Please use the website only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, access parts you aren't allowed to, or use it to send harmful or misleading content.

The Slimbee name, logo, website design and content belong to Slimbee LLC. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. They are not medical advice. Individual results vary.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Slimbee LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If we make important changes, we will let you know.
